Woodworking Project Paper Plan to Build Mission A-Frame with Swing

Here is a sturdy, roomy, and simple to build porch swing. The beginner and weekend builder will have no problems constructing the swing itself OR the uniquely fashioned Mission A-Frame. This plan is adapted from a 100 year old design the distinct feature of which was the split A-Frame. The swing itself is a hearty 5′ wide and if you don’t feel like making the A-Frame (which stands 7′ tall), you can simply hang the swing under a porch.
