Pow-R-Tek SR Router Motor with Remote Switch

JessEms new Pow-R-Tek SR (Spindle Router) Motor has a powerful 3-1/4 HP motor and was 100% designed, engineered and tested in Canada. This new router motor has been in the design and production stage for over a year to ensure that every aspect of it is perfect. The two air intake ports at the bottom of the motor keep fresh air constantly flowing, which keeps it from overheating. The exhaust air is directed out to the sides of the motor and downward, which also allows for better dust collection. The two contact bearings control the spindle not only radially but also axially, and they are designed to handle the shock loads of machining parts. These true machine spindle bearings are rated at 30,000 RPM. The router spindle is machined to accept ER20 collets. The steel variable speed box features a digital display, adjustable speed dial and a no-volt release on/off switch. The no-volt release switch makes this motor ideal for schools and other institutions as the motor cannot turn on if the power was to suddenly shut off. The Pow-R-Tek SR motor has a soft start, is 4.2″ in diameter and we believe this to be the absolute best router motor available.

Two cast-steel wrenches, a spare set of brushes and ER20 1/4″ and 1/2″ collets are included.
