Guide Bearing Set with Stop Collars for PantoRouter – 5 Piece

The PantoRouter comes with a full set of Standard Guide Bearings including 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 22mm diameters. These sizes are all that are needed to use our standard templates to make mortise and tenon, box joints and dovetails. This is a full replacement set including the stop collars to help make repeatable cuts with minimal adjustment.The collars are backward compatible to all previous models. We even include a spare set screw in case one escapes to go hide under your bench.

• Every M&T joint starts with the mortise and nearly all of our mortiseing operations use the 10mm guide bearing
• To cut perfectly fitting tenons, we select different sized guide bearings from a simple chart
• Using the same template and the same 1/2″ solid carbide spiral up-cut bit, we can make numerous sizes of M&T including 1/8″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″ & 1/2″ using the guide bearings in this set
