Accessory Kit for Super 18″ Dovetail Jig – Router Bits and VRS

Leigh super jig accessory kits include a vacuum and router support (VRS) and a 7-piece boxed Leigh router bit set. Leigh’s ingenious VRS provides router support and dust-free routing. The router rests on the channel of the VRS positioned between two wire control arms that guide the dust chute below, keeping the chute aligned with the cutter as it traverses the jig. The VRS is easily attached without modification to the jig using the included hardware, effectively solving a notoriously tricky dust-collection situation. The 7-piece router bit set includes four 8 bits for cutting through dovetails and three bits (10, 12, and 18) for machining half-blind dovetails. All bits have 8mm shanks and require the collet reducer that comes with the Super 18″ Dovetail Jig.
