NM086011100 No Melt Saw Blade, 8″ x 60 Tooth

Cut single or multiple stacked sheets of plastic without chipping or melting by using one of these Forrest No Melt carbide-tipped saw blades. These blades are particularly suitable for acrylics, delrins, ABS, polystyrenes, PVC, and both high and low melt nylons. Specially engineered side clearances on the carbide teeth significantly reduce, and in many cases totally eliminate a formation of melted burrs or buildup of residue on cross-sawn sections or plastic materials. The large number of carbide teeth with a special modified triple-chip grind (#11 tooth style) allows fast feeding of brittle acrylics with no chipping. This blade is 8 in diameter, has 60 teeth, a kerf of 0.100, and 5/8 bore.

Warranty Information

Blades will perform to customer’s full satisfaction or may be returned within 30 days in good condition for full credit. Guarantee does not apply to blades used on other than Forrest approved operations. If high quality local sharpening is not available, Forrest recommends returning your blades to Forrest to be sharpened to maintain ideal sharpness and tooth geometry. Failure to maintain proper sharpness and geometry may void guarantee and inhibit blade’s performance. Other than stated in this guarantee, Forrest Manufacturing Company makes no other warranties concerning products shipped, either express or implied.
